5. Once purchased and the date is selected, the date of use may be changed with a notice of at least 7 days prior to the selected date appearing in the purchase confirmation email. Otherwise the date of use cannot be changed. (within 30 Nov 2024)
6. VR Slide wristbands cannot be exchanged or used by others. Vana Nava staff has rights of rejection the damaged or broken VR wristband in all cases.
7. VR Slide wristband cannot be exchanged for cash or transfer the rights to others or cancel or refund any amount in any case.
