Terms and conditions：
- Campaign sales period until 31 Dec 2024 only.
- The period of entry is 1 year from the transaction date of the purchase.
- Annual Family Pass membership card is for 2 adults and 1 child only (The child must not exceed 12 year old).
- Annual Family Pass card must state the name of 1 adult as the Cardholder, the other (1 Adult follower and 1 Child Follower) are not required.
- For every privilege usage, the Cardholder must show the official ID/ Passport of the Cardholder at the ticket booth and require to enter with the followers every time.
- Birthday Set Voucher can be used within the cardholder's birth month and receive privileges at Fisherman Café by presenting the voucher together with the Annual Family Pass only.
- Lunch Buffet Voucher coupons are eligible at the Groove by presenting the voucher with the Annual Family Pass only.
- For any lost or damaged voucher, the Vana Nava Water Jungle Park, Hua Hin reserves the right to issue a new coupon.
- The Annual Family Pass is not allowed for any commercial use. *If the company finds it being used commercially, the membership card will be revoked immediately.
- Annual Family Pass cannot be transferrable.
- Annual Family Pass cannot be cancelled or refunded for any amount under any circumstances.
- All customers must follow the rules of the water park strictly.
- Vana Nava Water Jungle Park, Hua Hin reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice.
